INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, including registration, order and access to the "Nopin" products of "NovaisCoelho Unipessoal, Lda", located at Rua Salgueiro Maia, 65 4435-801, Baguim do Monte, Porto, Portugal and tax identification number 509179126 in www.nopinbrand.com and applies to all sales of products between Nopin and any user who places orders through the website.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
a) "Nopin" – The products are marketed by Nopin through the website nopinbrand.com;
b) "User" – Any person, not a merchant, who places an order through the Website nopinbrand.com;

The use of the website www.nopinbrand.com and the purchase of Nopin products presupposes the knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.


REGISTRATION ON THE SITE

To place an order, the User may register in advance by filling in the fields included in the form on the website www.nopinbrand.com.

It is also possible to place your order through a simpler process that does not require registration. However, when you register on the site, your data and preferences will be saved to be used more easily for future purchases.

Upon completion of registration, the User has access to his/her personal account, where you can manage your account settings, your favorite items, and your orders.

Once you log into your personal account, you will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.


NOPIN PRODUCTS

Cancellation of the order before shipping:

The www.nopinbrand.com website is intended for all users who wish to purchase Nopin products from their home or workplace, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Information on product characteristics can be found at www.nopinbrand.com.

Nopin has the right to modify, at any time, the information, product offers, prices, promotions and commercial conditions presented on the website www.nopinbrand.com.


ORDERING ON THE SITE

To place the order in www.nopinbrand.com, it is necessary that the User has an email account and that his browser is configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will allow the User to enjoy all the navigability conditions of the Nopin online store.

The User may proceed with the online purchase of products, for which it is necessary that:
a) Find the product(s) you want to buy;
b) Add the selected product(s) to the "Shopping Cart";
c) Register the User's personal data, which will be integrated into the Nopin database, in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy, which include "Shipping Address", "Billing Address", "Payment Method", telephone number and Tax Identification Number (TIN);
d) Review your order and confirm it;

After the payment has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email.

Nopin will make all the details of the purchase available through the website www.nopinbrand.com, in its customer area.

Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process and with the detailed invoice.

By submitting the order form, the User accepts the Terms and Conditions of purchase described in www.nopinbrand.com as well as the Privacy Policy.

Nopin reserves the right not to accept and cancel orders already confirmed in the following situations:
a) The product is not available;
b) Payment is not made using any of the payment options available on the website nopinbrand.com;
c) The payment is not confirmed;
d) The billing information is not correct or verifiable;
e) Payment for the order has not been received by us within five (5) days of acceptance of your order;
f) There is an error in the price quotation;
g) It is not possible to deliver to the address provided by the user.


PRICING

The prices of the products displayed on the website www.nopinbrand.com include Value Added (VAT). The total VAT paid by the user will be indicated on the invoice to be sent to the user.

Prices are all quoted in euros (€). Please note that the change of delivery country may have an influence on the prices due to different shipping costs. Customs costs related to the country of delivery of the order will be borne by the customer.

The prices of the products displayed on the Website are subject to change. Nopin reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.

If there is any error in the price of the products ordered, Nopin or the User may cancel the order until the order is dispatched.

The total price specified at checkout includes taxes of the country of origin (Portugal) and shipping costs.

The user shall only pay the amount specified in the order confirmation.


PAYMENT METHODS

The User may make payment for his/her purchases by the methods indicated at the time of purchase.

Nopin does not accept payment methods other than those mentioned at the time of purchase. The User shall not attempt to pay by any other means than appearing in the specified payment methods. If you do so, we will not be liable for loss of payment or any other damages that may arise.

Shipping is borne by the customer and will be priced according to the price list. With the exception of purchases over € 300, where shipping is free.


DELIVERY

Nopin sends the product(s) ordered by the User from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (except holidays) and on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the User.

Our delivery service does not include the option of scheduling, so the delivery of the order will be made before the carrier, and it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.

The delivery times of the products are up to 5 working days for Portugal, 10 working days for the rest of Europe and up to 15 working days for the rest of the world.

Nopin will inform the User of the unavailability of the requested product(s), as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the unavailability.

In the event of unavailability of the carrier to deliver the products on the date indicated, the User will be contacted to be given another delivery date.

Upon delivery, the User must inspect the packaging for damage. If you find that the products are damaged, the User must not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. The User must report the situation, if possible documented with photographs, by e-mail info@nopinbrand.com and, if agreed, Nopin will proceed to return the order, at no cost to the User. If you wish to cancel the order, you will receive the full amount paid.

If you do not receive your order within ninety (90) days from the date of payment of the order, please send an email to info@nopinbrand.com informing us of what has happened. After this period, Nopin cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

Delivery is deemed to have been made with the signature on the delivery receipt to the agreed address.

Each country has its own import taxes and duties. The customer is responsible for paying duties and taxes related to the country.


CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of the order before shipment:
a) The User may cancel the order of products without any associated cost, as long as they have not yet been shipped.
b) If the User places an order and wishes to cancel it, please immediately contact Customer Service and request its cancellation via email info@nopinbrand.com. This procedure is essential to trigger the cancellation process. If the cancellation request is communicated in a timely manner, the User will be notified and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the User.
c) If the cancellation request is not made before the order is shipped, the products will be sent to the customer who, if he/she maintains his/her intention to cancel, will refuse to accept them. The products will be returned and, upon receipt, the refund will be processed, deducting the shipping costs from the amount to be received by the User.

Return of defective products:
a) The User has the right to return the delivered products if they are found to be defective or non-conforming.
b) Receipt of defective items must be communicated to Nopin via email info@nopinbrand.com within three (3) days of receipt of the order, including a photograph documenting it. If your claim is justified, the amount paid for the product and the cost of shipping to Nopin's warehouse will be refunded.
c) Nopin reserves the right to refuse the return of products with visible signs of use, signs that have been washed or processed/modified.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We accept online returns and exchanges within 14 days of confirmation of shipment. 10.2 Clothing must be shipped with the original tags attached. We reserve the right to deny a refund if a returned product does not meet our requirements.

In case of exchange, you must contact us via email orders@nopinbrand.com to inform if you want to make a size/color exchange or exchange for another piece. When exchanging for another piece you must inform the item, size and color you want, after confirmation, if it applies the customer or the Once received by our warehouse, we will check the parts.

After processing, in case of return you will receive the amount within 3-5 working days. 10.6 Costs related to returns are the responsibility of the customer.


QUALITY

Nopin does not sell second-hand products, defective or substandard products. The key features of each product shown in www.nopinbrand.com can be found on each product page. Nopin will make every effort to make the colors of the products that appear on the website www.nopinbrand.com as accurate and real as possible. However, because computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is showing the exact colors.


COMPLAINTS

In view of the objective of continuous improvement of the services provided, Nopin will seek to resolve complaints sent by the User within 5 (five) working days, by e-mail info@nopinbrand.com.


DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nopin does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the www.nopinbrand.com Website, or any of its functions, and may be suspended for maintenance, repair or upgrades. Nopin is also not liable for any damages arising, directly or indirectly, from situations of great force that prevent Nopin in any way from fulfilling its obligations, namely strikes, failures of electricity, telecommunications services or any other services, fires, floods, inability to obtain products, materials or services, malfunctions, delays of transport suppliers and changes in legislation or administrative regulations. Nopin is not responsible for any abusive use of the user's access data to the website by third parties, since they are personal and non-transferable.


MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Nopin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, taking into account the changes made and the users notified through the publication on the website www.nopinbrand.com of the modified Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with them, including their validity, the use of the website or any purchase thereof, shall be governed by Portuguese Law.
